Bedtime, given back to the Word
Sleep Bible exists so the end of your day belongs to Scripture instead of a feed. We believe the last thing you hear before sleep shapes your heart, your mind, and your faith.
The night Sleep Bible began
It started at two in the morning.
Falling asleep to Scripture on YouTube, jolted awake by an ad.
The sleep timer failed.
By sunrise, autoplay had wandered somewhere Scripture would never go.
The hours meant for rest deserved better.
So did the Word being read into them.
Sleep Bible began that night.
First, a channel
We recorded Scripture the way a film would treat it: studio narration, ambient rain, nothing interrupting the text.
200,000 people have subscribed to fall asleep to it, and their requests shaped this app: a real sleep timer, no ads, and Scripture you can read as it plays.

What we make

The Word, unabridged
All sixty-six books in the World English Bible, a faithful public-domain translation, read in full.

Craft worthy of the text
Studio narration, ambient sound, and imagery made scene by scene, each held to a single bar: worthy of the text.

Built for the edge of sleep
A dark, quiet interface, a slow fade to silence, and a timer that truly ends the night.
From the founder
I build Sleep Bible myself: the design, the code, the narration, the production.
It is the work of SetApart Ministries, funded by the people who use it rather than by advertisers. The free library stays free, and members keep it growing.
