Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your Sleep Bible Premium subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period.
• Your subscription will not renew.

How to Cancel

Web subscriptions (Paddle): Go to Settings → Subscription in the Sleep Bible app, or contact support@sleepbible.app.

iOS subscriptions: Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Sleep Bible → Cancel Subscription.

Android subscriptions: Open Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → Sleep Bible → Cancel.

2. Refund Policy

Web purchases processed through Paddle are non-refundable. This includes Premium subscriptions and one-time Lifetime or Founding Member purchases. We make it easy to know Sleep Bible is right for you before you pay: every Premium subscription starts with a 7-night free trial (cancel before it ends and you will not be charged), and anyone can use the free tier first - 5 complete books at no cost - before making a one-time purchase.

For mobile purchases (App Store or Google Play), refunds are handled by the respective platform under its own policy. See Section 3 below for how to request a refund from Apple or Google.

3. How to Request a Refund

Web Purchases (Paddle)

Web purchases are non-refundable. Use the 7-night free trial to try Premium at no cost, and cancel anytime (see Section 1) to stop any future renewal. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@sleepbible.app.

iOS Purchases (App Store)

Apple processes all App Store refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund from Apple.

Android Purchases (Google Play)

Google processes all Play Store refunds. Visit Google Play Help to request a refund from Google.

4. What Happens After Cancellation

• Your listening history, bookmarks, and progress are retained in your account.
• You revert to the free plan (5 free books, rain ambient sound).
• Downloaded content for offline use will no longer be accessible.
• You can re-subscribe at any time to restore Premium access.
