Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation
You may cancel your Sleep Bible Premium subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period.
- Your subscription will not renew.
How to Cancel
Web subscriptions (Paddle): Go to Settings → Subscription in the Sleep Bible app, or contact support@sleepbible.app.
iOS subscriptions: Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Sleep Bible → Cancel Subscription.
Android subscriptions: Open Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → Sleep Bible → Cancel.
2. Refund Policy
You may request a full refund within 14 days of any payment. Refund requests made within 14 days of the charge date will be honoured in full, no questions asked. This applies to all subscription plans and one-time purchases processed through Paddle (web).
For mobile purchases (App Store or Google Play), refunds are processed by the respective platform. See Section 3 below for details on how to request a refund on each platform.
3. How to Request a Refund
Web Purchases (Paddle)
Email support@sleepbible.app with your account email and the reason for your refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.
iOS Purchases (App Store)
Apple processes all App Store refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund from Apple.
Android Purchases (Google Play)
Google processes all Play Store refunds. Visit Google Play Help to request a refund from Google.
4. What Happens After Cancellation
- Your listening history, bookmarks, and progress are retained in your account.
- You revert to the free plan (5 free books, rain ambient sound).
- Downloaded content for offline use will no longer be accessible.
- You can re-subscribe at any time to restore Premium access.
